Patrick has been a resident of the East Bay since 1968. He has been in the real estate business since 1974 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and a developer since 1976 having built 30 residential properties in addition to a 13,000 square foot office building. Patrick Ellwood has been involved in over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions including residential income, commercial property sales, commercial property leases, financing, appraisals, and property management in addition to projects involving major renovations on numerous office and retail buildings. Barbara started her career in real estate in 1990 with Pacific Union as a residential property manager for a 583-unit high-rise condominium. She then went on to manage JT Ward, a small boutique residential real estate office in the Claremont neighborhood of Berkeley. In 1993 Barbara obtained her real estate license, and in 1996 she moved into commercial real estate when she joined Ellwood Commercial Real Estate. DRE #01169157.
